Head of Research
DappRadar are the #1 global leader in blockchain decentralized apps distribution and analysis. We are funded by some of the world’s largest internet and blockchain companies and are building the next-generation games and finance online marketplace.
We are currently looking for an experienced, organized, and highly motivated Head of Research.
-Oversee the research function, establishing best practices for primary and secondary research, and ensuring teams are delivering compelling, defendable insights across integrated disciplines -Scope and implement research projects, from the identification of information gaps through to the successful reporting of results and implications. -Staff and lead execution on the identified research programs and roadmap by building a team of highly qualified researchers -Synthesize and prioritize research questions within the organization, working with strategy leadership, the executive team, and cross-functional product groups -Clearly and confidently communicate and share research findings to the business, within required timeframes -Lead and implement a new type of industry research -Work with various DappRadar team to clarify research requirements Ensure fieldwork is managed accurately, within timelines and budgets, and project requirements are understood by all parties involved
-5+ years of relevant experience (preferably Capital Markets Analyst) -1-2+ year of experience in the blockchain industry -Ability to think strategically to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty -Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of the analysis in easy-to-understand content -Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive results -Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and organized
